that happens to me a lot!! i will be thinking or wondering about something and i open right to it in the Bible.
I know a guy who when he was sad and just lost and upset and felt alone. He threw the Bible and it opened to a page and the first verse he saw was, "Do not be afraid. For the Lord is always with you." I think that was so cool and so did he. He said he felt like the Lord was talking to him and telling him that he will always be with him and he is never alone and that he could always talk to him.
Whenever I'm down, the Lord finds ways of talking to me. It might be by making my friend say something and they don't even know that they encouraged me to do something but I know the Lord is talking to me through them or through a tv show too sometimes!!!I completely know what you are talking about!!!
if you ever wanna talk e-mail me!!!
God bless.

there is likewise a COMMAND contained in the bible to stone people who worship and idol, and their entire city. I worship the teapot in area. that's an idol. Neither I nor my townspeople have been killed by utilising stones. weird and wonderful. i replaced into hoping Christians could unquestionably do what the Bible says, and not %. and choose what they decide on. yet nonetheless, what could i be conscious of? Its maximum suitable you have confidence a 2000 year old e book finished of contradictions written some guy who died 50 years earlier the authors have been born.

I believe this happens in all faiths. I am an Occultist and often I find messages for me within my religious texts. Even in words that our not religious whatsoever hold meaning for me. I agree, God is trying to reveal him or her self to everyone.

That happens to me often. I remember being extremely upset after an encounter with my ex-husband, and I opened my Bible and the first words I saw were "Comfort, comfort" (Is. 40:1), and I immediately felt comforted. He is indeed good!

Yes it does. That just shows us how much God loves us and tries to get our attention. Sadly, people turn a deaf ear to His love.
