bad? no. Age is only relevant if age is something that you are attracted to. Once everyone becomes an adult, people really need to stop restricting themselves by a numerical amount of days that seperates them. We all mature at different rates so why hold everyone to the same schedule?

Having feelings for person that is older than you is not wrong as long as you are of legal age, however getting in a relationship at work can be bad, if you get involved at work and does not work out can be terrible, specially if you like your job and a bad relationship makes it sour you have to move on.

Depends. Let's be real. Usually a relationship between an older woman and a younger man ends up being a fling. Very rarely it works out.
The other way around works out a lot much better. Don't blame me. It just how it goes.
But if it happens. It happens. And if your feelings for somebody older than you are reciprocated, and if both of you are ready for something meaninfull and fullfilling, my congratulations and best wishes for both of you.

It's not bad, but it's dangerous. For your family, for your work, for your reputation, if you care. My advice is try to stay out of the game.
NB : I am speaking about mixing love and work, age doesn't really matter, however if you are extremely young then you will prove less capability in handling any critical situation that may arise.
Also, a good question to ask yourself would be : Does he/she really care about you?

The age doesn't matter so much but dating a co-worker is dangerous. If/when it's over you still have to work there and see him everyday.
Think about the last person you broke up with.....how would you like to have to see him and be polite to him every day?

NO. AGE does not matter.
I know a lot of people who are successful together and they are 14, 15, 16 ...18 years apart!
My grandparents are 15 years apart but grew old together.

As long as you're both consenting adults and no one is in a position of authority in the company, there's no problem. Office romances get nasty though when they break off. Make sure that this person might be on the same level with you, otherwise it could blow up in your face.

depends on your age. If you are 30 and you like a 40 yr old, its ok. If you are 16 and like a 26 yr old, let it go.
