I don't know but I read that a senior Naval officer was leaving the service after WWII and had to account for all the naval material he had signed for, or pay for it. He was missing a tug boat! He also had charge of a Navy mess and was allowed a certain amount of breakage and lost silverware, etc. So he included in his mess report (e.g.) ... 50 forks lost; 105 dishes broken; 3 platters broken; 2 gravy boats broken; one tug boat lost; .... (thought you'd like to know if you are interested in tug boats).
