There was another question like this, Go get the video 8-minute Abs, or Abs of Steel. Its not all about just crunches, there're many different types of crunches, all easy, that make your abascular area strong. It only helps upper-abs when you do crunches, you still have obliques, lower abs and side abs.

Also Tons of people have a 6-pack already, but it's covered by fat on their belly, not saying that you do, its just a possibility. You may have to add some cardio to burn it.

How long have you been doing 205 a day? Maybe your body is used to that amount and it's time to increase. When the work-out quits working, that's usually a sign that it's time to step it up a bit. Maybe you should try 225 and see if you can feel it working, then gradually increase from there.

If you have a lot of excess stomach fat, too many crunches may not help all that much. Your going to actually lose weight faster by walking/running/biking, those type of cardio exersizes. Crunches may just wear you out and not help in the long run.

If you have a flat stomach, and are waiting for abs, still only do as much as you can before you get exausted, don't wear your body out. Research foods and other exersizes that help your abs appear faster and healthier. Crunches aren't the only path to abs.

If it seems easy to do 205 then you should increase slightly each day (don't do too many or you will not be able move very well)

your abs are muscles, too - use some weights (start with 10 pounds) when you're doing you crunches/sit ups - also, make sure you're doing them on a decline so you can get a good stretch and full range of motion - I'm out of shape now but I still have good abs because my ab muscles have been developed from weighted ab workouts - I used to hold on to 45 pound weights and knock out 3 sets of 60 - try it

I would start out with 3 sets of 25. then build up with a day of rest in between., You can do more if you are already fit and exercing.

It depends what you want to accomplish. 205 is not that many.

Remember to work your obliques as well.

none. do situps instead on an incline bench. Go all the way down and all the way up. It's quality not quantity.
