how do i keep my hair from breaking while using a flat iron? do those sprays really work?

i have been straightening my hair for about 4 years ago, and the person whose done my hair for about 8 years have never seen a split end on me. I use the orginal chi, but right before i use it i use CITRE SHINE SPRAY LAMINATOR, it really works, and its light and doesn't leave you hair greesy at all. i love it. and my hair is really healthy for a person who uses a flat iron for so long.

Don't Use the flat iron ever day and don't have it so high all you do is blow dry then grease the scalp then Flat iron just a Little bit !!!!!!!!!!!

Ya they work usually good are price range 13-20 dollars. Use a heat activated spray tamer. good luck.

just put heat protector and don't use the flat iron too often.
and make sure u ut a deep conditioning treatment.

Don't use it so often, maybe once a week if that. Also, find a good product that protects your hair against heat. They really help.

i was using this kms leavein spray it worked pretty good
but they discontinued it. so now i use v8 or something like that its red and 4dollars its pretty good.

get a good conditioner, and a good leave in conditioner, avoid using one every day, and throw yours away if its not ceramic, it will fry your hairs crazy fast if its gold or plain. always use ceramic.

yes they work. use a straightning spray. herbal esscense has one that works great.
