does anyone else think that the show "the doodlebops" is absolutly ridiculous!! imean it serves no purpose. i personally think all of the shows on the Disney channel are purly for time-consumption and have nothing educational to say. does anyone else think that, that daniel cook kid is a little smart-a$$? i am much more comfortable letting my son watch either pbs (i love pbs.sprout) or noggin....anyone agree?/disagree?

my son loves blue's clues. and i like it b/c it incorporates sign language, being a team player, learning manners, colors, letters, and words.
i don't let my son watch too much TV. the tv is usually on for about 2 hours during the morning while i do all of my housework. i don't think tv should be the only educational influence in your child's life, but i think it should reinforce what you teach in your home.
also, i don't like "oobie" on noggin

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks the Doodlebops are ascenine!
I change the channel when it comes on. I refuse to let my son watch a girl, and two (questionably homosexual) guys act like 3 year olds, and pretend to be rockstars.
Daniel Cook drives me nuts. Know-it-all kid.

I do let my son watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse because it has problem solving, matching, and quizzing. He also loved Go Diego Go on NickJr.

I'm with you. If you are going to let your Toddler watch TV....let it be interactive or educational at some level!

I agree that Daniel Cook needs to be taken off the air. I really find him annoying. But as for Doodlebops, yes they are a timewaster. But the songs get my girls up and dancing and gives me 15 minutes to try and get a shower. I also love PBS and have found that Dora and Diego are good shows for the girls to watch. But I also limit the amount of time my children watch tv and turn off the tv after about an hour (unless someone is ill and I need more time to care for them).

My son loves the Doodlebops, but I don't really care for it since they changed the charachters. I HATE Jasmine. Her voice is really irritating. They do teach kids how to resovle problems, and morals. I wish PBS would take off the Teletubbies. That is one of the most brainless shows ever created. Talk about not teaching anything! That show is the main reason I don't allow my son to watch PBS! My niece watched that ALL the time and she had a horrible time learning to talk and is 7 and we still have a hard time understanding what she is saying sometimes.

It's so funny that you asked this!! Yes, I abhor the doodlebops. What's with their fake hands and their face makeup makes their teeth look yellow. It's all weird.

However, I have to say my son really likes Little Einstein's on Disney, and it's pretty cute. PBS is best, though, I agree. Nothing grabs him like Elmo!

My one and three year old will only watch all the shows on pbs and Dora. I totally agree that all of the Disney shows are noneducational. I really wish they will take them all off and bring back the classic Disney shows

in spite of the adjustable waist, I extremely have continuously got here across hollow infant-sized pants to be slightly more effective lengthy and lean than different manufacturers. notwithstanding, my sons are literally not particularly lanky, so i'll't say that they in good structure more effective constructive on a skinnier baby.

I HATE DANIEL COOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Doodlebops talk/sing about sharing, being friends and being nice so it doesn't bother me. What about Max and Ruby, their parents are NEVER there????
