Okay, I am not sure what you are asking. If you are looking for a way to get yourself motivated to work out, it is easy. Get up very early (5 or 5:30 a.m.) and do your workout at this time. I found that if I worked out early I had more energy throughout the day and I also was able to get my workout in before the day got started and I started thinking of things I had to do before I could work out. As for good foods that provide energy - bananas! These are the best. Good Luck on your endeavor.

Hello Flower, glad your back.
I have to say that 10 stone for a person your age sounds normal. I am a little worried about you and your question for this reason. When we feel out of control in one area of our life we try to gain control in another. Weight is something that is fairly easily controlled with enough of a challenge that we feel we have acheived something. Unfortunately this is often how eating disorders begin. I feel sure that you are a very beautiful person who can find a way to gain control in a positive way. Perhaps by improving your grades at school or making it a policy to laugh at least 70 times a day (the average for children is over 400, the average for women is just over 50). Laughter is a fabulous thing. It is so healing it has even been known to cure terminal cancer!

SRRY I CANT ANSWER THAT BUT SHOULD YOU BE TRYING 2 DISCUSS THIS WITH YOUR PARENTS BUT TRY THE SPECIAL K DIET EAT 2 BOWLS OF SPECIAL K CEREAL AND EAT WHAT EVER YOUR MOM OR DAD COOKS 4 DINNER (NO FAST FOOD) and remember if you get hungry during the day eat a special k snack bar heres the list
1st wake up do what u do eat 1 bowl of special k cereal
2nd AT LUNCH TIME 12 OR 1 EAT ANOTHER SPECIAL K BOWL OF CEREAL AND A PIECE OF FRUIT BANANAS APPLE WHAT EVER YOU LIKE
3rd if your hungry during the lets 3-o clock eat 1 special k bar
4th eat dinner with your family and dont change your dinner habbits but eat on a sauser or a less bigger plate and drink alot of water
4th if u did every thing i just told u then i guarenteed you will lose weight

Flower, I'm so worried about you. On one hand, it sounds good that you want to get energized and be healthy. But I'm afraid that you are ignoring what is really wrong and thinking you can fix it by fixing something else. You can run a million miles a week and you won't be able to run away from what you are afraid might have happened to you. Go ahead and exercise and eat healthy, but please, please, please find an adult to talk to about what you are worried about. The other poster is right when she mentions that you could end up with an eating disorder very easily over this if you aren't careful. That often happens when a person feels every other area of their life is out of control and the one thing they alone can control is what they put in their mouth or how much they exercise. I just want to know that you are healthy on the inside where your feelings are. A lot of people on here care about you. Can you please talk to an adult about what happened and then let us know you did?

Don't eat in between meals whatever you do, cut all fizzy drinks right out of your diet and do it now, so bad for you and is just loaded with sugars, drink tons of water instead, yes its boring but you will get used to it, stop snacking in between meals too, big mistake, if you do want something between meals then fruit or veg are the best options, try to encourage you parents to buy more fruit and veg, even the frozen veg is better than no veg at all, go for a half hour walk everyday, OK sounds boring but just get your backside off that sofa and get out there and do it, only you can get the weight off but sitting on your bum is no good, go grab the local dogs and take them out for walks with you so your not alone, good fun and you can earn money from doing it, good luck and hope you manage to change things round a bit.

Try slim fast shakes, and join a gym - curves if you want a women only environment. Watching what you eat (shake for breakfast and lunch and normal dinner at night) and exercising 4 times a week for an hour will make a difference. Snack of fruit when you feel hungry. Good luck.

Eat fresh fruit and veg - much more healthy and it will make you feel better and more inclined to exercize. Cut the carbs and fatty foods.
