i did research and read that the birds are not supposed to be on a seed only diet, fruits and veggies r suggested, they dont seem to eat things that i have offered, like carrots, celery, lettuce, and apples, do you have any suggestions to other stuff, or maybe is there a kind of special food for breeding birds that i can buy? i need help!!!

Maybe you can try Barry Manilow records.

Just give them what they like... and give them some privacy. Maybe you should also make sure that you have a male and a female. You have to get them sexed since there is no guaranteed obvious way to tell a male from a female, maybe beak size... but that's not definite. My bird likes bananas by the way... Maybe you could offer your birds bananas.

Keep offering fruit and veggies to them. Birds often shun weird things for a while, but they will probably try them if they're constantly there. I would suggest giving them egg - I often hard boil them, cut them in half, and place them (shell included!) in the cage. My birds love it! Alternatively, mashed up egg supplemented with vitamins and bits of dried fruit is also popular.

Well if your looking to breed your birds, eggfood is always good for them. Keeps them in top condition and if your breeding birds any bird breeder would tell you that eggfood is very strongly recommended
