I see girls looking at me all the time. I'm a little on the shy side, I won't make a move, what should I do?

Just go up there and talk to them. What is the worst thing they are going to do? Stick their noses up at you? At least when they do that, you know for certain they don't like you aor won't have anything to do with you. The more girls you talk to, the mose comfortable you will be around them. Take the jump off the high dive.

It all starts by learning to flirt with girls. Smile, relax, be approachable, and do out and do it. The difference between a man and a boy is that a boy hopes that he will get a girl. A man knows that he will get women by talking to as many women as he can.

you're shy, nothing wrong with that...you just need some confidence. if girls are constantly checking you out you should have more self confidence.

its hard to just walk up to a girl you don't know and start up a conversation. try to come up with something that you two have in common. if she's interested it should be easy to keep the conversation going. just keep asking her questions about herself and look her in the eyes when you talk to her...they'll love it

You have nothing to worry about...the worse that can happen is them saying "no", what do you do?....don't go home crying, you suck it up and think of it as a learning experience...Trust me, the more you get out there, the easier it'll get for you. And yeah, nobody likes rejection, but it's gonna happen...and the sooner you experince it, the better... talking to a girl is as easy as walking up to them and saying "hi!".
