okay i want to know if this guy likes me.
1. he is always annoying me
2. hes always around me
3. constantly makes fun of me
4. tries to beat me in competitions
5.pokes me, punches me, etc.
and i do not like him. i just want to know if he likes me. so what do you think?

if you do not like him what do you care.
he seems to be teasing you.
most of the time people tease the people they like.
if i don't like someone i do everything possible to avoid that person. I would never do what he is doing to you.
do you not like I'm because he teases you.
he is trying to get your attention. maybe it is a silly way to get your attention, but it may be the only way he knows how. so if you think you actually like him start to respond to his advances and he will probably stop the teasing.

It sounds like he does. Maybe he's a little too immature because that is how a kid would hit on a girl..
Just tell him what you told us.. and that you are not interested in him. Give him the truth... don't play him.. or drag him along.

U do not like him for what ever reasons r and what is the point to know if he likes or not.Either u r not sure of yourself or u must be having some liking for this guy some corner.

Gee Weeze! Is this a little boy we are talking about? Based on the points you listed he sounds like he is at leasty pre-teen at best.
He likes you. If you don't like him, just tell him. He will be hurt, but unless you want to spend your life avoiding him at all costs, you have to set him straight.
