For me turn ons are : tall, slim, shirt and tie, grey hair or balding, blue eyes, successful, romantic, drives a nice car
Turn offs: facial hair, overweight, countryboy type, pickup drivers, bad teeth, too hairy, and hunters

Easier to list turn ons - like em tall and fit, the color of their eyes doesn't matter if they can express themselves with them, I would like them to be successful and romantic-and have a nice car--Facial hair is not a turn off (usually)

I'm weird. I like guys who are exceedingly cool (in my opinion) but he tends to think otherwise. By no means am I saying I get turned on by someone insecure just someone who's not cocky, just I guess someone.... uh humble. Guys I've fallen for in the past have called themselves a "nerd" but they are FAR from that! Ahaa. Someone who'll make me laugh or at least tries. Sometimes the really lame attempts to crack a joke are my favorite! :) Has values and respects women. And a guy who can play and instrument and/or sing would just be a bonus. Serenade. Ahaaa. Wishful thinking. :p I can easily be turned off when the guy only talks about himself, takes everything too personally, has no goal in life, and conceited. Two faced, players.....

Turn ons: smart, honest, good looking, responsible and there is something about a skool ring in the back pocket! I don't care what they were as long as its clean I don't want to be that conceded or shallow.
Turn offs: uneducatated redneck cowboys who think it's cute to collect their spit bottles on the floor of thier trucks, bad teeth and breath

What turns me off is bad manners, pot belly hairy back and shoulders yuk. Talking with his mouth full. What turns me on is a guy smile, eyes nice suit. Charm etc

Pluses: Guys that have street bikes! That definitely turns me on! And also when they're really sweaty...Jah. Guys that play hockey too...damn.
Negativo: I can't stand a guy with horribly bad body odor though.
