Take a motion sickness pill one to two hour before flying. Watch out for boats as well.
I have never found a cure for it. On the other hand, I saw on T.V. that most baseball players with good batting records have it.

There are drugs you can purchase at the drug store with and without perscriptions to deal with motion sickness. Scopalomine is one drug that works fairly well but may also cause drowsiness. Common ginger is highly effective when taken in candy or drink form such as ginger candy drops or ginger ale. I would also recommend the use of pressure point bracelets which are available at many nautical supply shops and useful for sea sickness - same thing. They are effective on most people.

I don't know if you can cure it for good. Some people like to wear the patch. It keeps you from getting sick.

Try Gravol. At the very least it will put you to sleep so you don't feel as sick.
