33' x 18' wood deck built on back of home...would like to have home addition built on existing foundation and incorporated into existing home

would involve extension of existing HVAC and electricity from home to addition

I really doubt your deck footings will support the weight of the four seasons room,those are double walled glass,and HEAVY!If you overdid the footers,and anchor pads, to start with, maybe,but I wouldn't think it would pass inspection.Why not build the four seasons room around the deck?Just lay the footing trench along the outside perimeter of your existing deck,and after the room is installed,create a bench that encloses the space between the deck and the new glass,for plants,or for sitting?

Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.

you have to get a permit or they will make you stop work and fine you. the trouble with what you're doing is that the footings if they aren't strong enough, the addition will start to heave in the winter or sink and pull away from your house causing a crack or other damage, then your screwed.
