What does it mean... if this guy you see all the time always stares at you. I mean he is pretty shy, and he rarely speaks to me (I think maybe he's expecting me to say something). He just stares straight at me and he's not afraid for me to see it either.. i guess.. I'm just wondering what he might be thinking..

If he is looking at you, I'd say he is wanting to talk to you. He may be staring out into space thinking about how many marbles it would take to fill up an aquarium.

He may like you, but do you want a guy that won't to charge and come over to say hi? Sounds like the two of you are in high school. If so go over and say hi and maybe help him learn how to be a man. Tell him that a woman won't bite his head off if he says hi to her.
The problem is he is over thinking. Liking you but not wanting you to think he is strange. By doing so you are thinking he is strange. He is just lost and confused.
If you are going to get something to drink, like a soda, ask if he wants to get one as well. Then joke with him on why he won't talk to you. You had enough of the eye sex. Time to take the next step.

Well I'm not a guy but it means either you have a zit on your face lol or he is interested now the question is do YOU WANT HIM to be interested if you do since he is shy ask him out we live in the 2000's so go for it its really good to get it out of the way so you don't wonder right good luck GRANDMA ROSEY

Maybe he likes you but is too shy to say anything. Either that, he may be afraid of the rejection.
Maybe you should walk up to him, smile and say softly. "Don't be shy, tell me what your thinking about."
or something along that line

If he doesn't care if you notice and still stares?He isn't shy.Sounds like he is living in a fantasy.The guy is thinking about you in some ways I don't need to mention on here.Put money on it.

What part of you exactly is he staring at? If it's somewhere not respectable (I need not mention places) he's not truly interested in you...well he's interested but for all the wrong reasons.

He likes you and he wants you to know it. He's hesitant approach means that he is not ready to accept rejection from you, probably scared of being hurt. But if you like him, give him some signs and he'll gain confidence to approach you.

He probably gotz something for u but like u said he is too shy to go into action and tell u. By him looking at u hes probably wondering "should i just do it or is she gonna reject me" and also his probably admiring how beautiful u are!

Well, I find it freaky because he wants you to look at him haha. One time, I had this girl staring at me non-stop and it freaked me out. Once I looked at her, she'll start laughing and her teeth are so.. wow. UGLY. No offense. He might like you. Most definitely waiting for you to talk to him.
