Cajun Hamburgers

2 pounds ground beef
1 green pepper, cored, seeded and minced
1/2 cup chopped scallions
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
red pepper flakes to taste
salt to taste
6 hamburger buns, toasted

Combine the beef, green pepper, scallions and garlic in mixing bowl. Add the cumin, oregano, thyme, paprika and red pepper flakes and salt to taste and mix until blended. Shape the meat into 6 patties. Broil, fry on or grill the meat to desired doneness. Place hamburgers on toasted buns and top with sliced tomatoes and sour cream or your favorite topping.

While mixing the ground beef for your patties, mix in Garlic and Parsely, Pepper, Salt, Cajun, and Adobo. All of that will get you the best tasting patties you ever had. Also, mix in diced vegetables if you're in the mood for a veggie burger.

If you bought the ground beef already formed into patties, just put in about a pinch of all I said above and rub it in on both sides.

For toppings, I personally prefer one to two lettuce leaves, 1 full slice of a tomato, a few raw onion rings, yellow american cheese (montgomery jack cheese and provolone also make good toppings), a little mayonnaise and ketchup, and a whole-wheat roll.

I put Worcestershire sauce,,just a dab will do ya,,some A-1 sauce, Meat tenderizer and some cracked pepper. I make 1/2 patties and flatten them pretty good because they plump back up. There some new A-1 marinades out there,,,try the cajun one,,,its yummy! Oh another good thing for burgers is the Emerils original essence...it makes everything better!

This is a pretty simple recipe, but it tastes 10x better than regular burgers:

Take a pound of hamburger and add 1 tablespoon pepper, 1/2 tablespoon salt and a bunch of worchestshire sauce (no need to measure - you cant go wrong)
Make sure you mix it all together well and then form the patties.

An easy recipe is to add Lipton onion soup mix and worschester sauce, 1 egg per pound of meat and mix well. Make the patties 5-6 inches in diameter and about 1/2 inch thick

Ok, here you go. I make these a lot. Very tasty. Recipe is for 4 servings, so adjust according to the number of people you have.

1 lb ground beef
Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs liquid smoke

Mix all ingredients well. Cook eat and enjoy. The ingredient that makes this a killer is the liquid smoke. And toast the buns on the grill too.

Good luck and good eating.

the finest burger is the superb. attempt to the touch the beef as low as achieveable. i admire my burgers uncommon on the interior with grill marks on the exterior, so what I do is after the beef is pro and shaped into patties, I poke a hollow interior the superb suited with my finger and placed some thing chilly interior - the two a chilly piece of butter, some cheese or slightly an ice cube - then cover the hollow back up. I generally smear some bottled grilling sauce (i admire lemon/garlic) and ketchup over the superb suited of the pattie and grill on the two components - I additionally desire to grill a slice of onion whilst the burgers are cooking. additionally, do not pass them whilst they first pass on the grill - turn them once you think of they're cooked halfway.
