Awww, don't get jealous. I'd touch yours if you'd let me =) JOKE... but you could consider it seriously.
Several reasons:
1) Itches sometimes (Girls' too)
2) Reaffirming our symbol of AUTHORITY
3) Checking if it is in place
4) In the gym, to comfortably put it in place (with tight undies, supporters, and such)
5) Feels good.
6) To hide an occurrence of ERECTION
7) ...coz of HOT chicks like you, Babeeeh

Because its either because sometimes we get an itch and u know we rather scratch it off than try to deal with it, or the other because dats the way we show our manly side and thats just to advice the girls or anyone around that were guys and were dominants.

Just emulating more of the disgusting habits picked up from some of today's pop culture as fostered by mass media like MTV. You seen any music videos lately? It's nowadays considered cool to by as nasty, hateful, greedy and self-centered as possible.

Well, just imagine having that equipment in your drawers. It's gotta be uncomfortable sometimes. My boyfriend has a bounty and he has to rearrange it numerous times throughout the day. It's just a male thing, not a sexual thing.

Some guys might have a sweat related itch. Maybe rearranging, or std, crabs. or they just do it because they know someone is looking.

All our "stuff" is on the outside. Sometimes when we sit, things get compressed in ways that are uncomfortable. When that happens, we need to rearrange things to be comfortable. It has nothing to do with sex.

as someone said, dont mistake it with rearanging, girls dont have a hanging tool that moves around when you walk and sit down, sometimes comes alive and it bugs.
but to tell you the truth, lately, i let my girlfriend rearange it and i like it a lot!
