Definitely drink water instead of soda, and cut out the big carbs. Weight Watchers meals are excellent for keeping your portions down, and they're cheaper than hitting Mickie D's for a burger meal. If you don't have the time for the gym, then walking works well, and I do jupming jacks, situps and push ups between commercials when I'm watching a little TV at night.

Take an extra 300-350 Calories out of your daily diet and you'll drop the weight eventually. Every 3000-3500 claories you lose makes about 1 pound, but you gotta be consistent. Maybe just dont take the last few bits of your dinner that you normally wouldave taken.
For excersize you could do non-weighted squates, non-weighted lunges, and maybe some jump ropeing. Since you don't havemuch time for the gym, You might want to do them in the morning, and don't worry about being tired all day, that'll probably only happen the first day.

I'm suprised that you are so worried about such a piddly weight number. But the best thing to do is to make sure you aren't eating too many sweets or junk food. Limit trips to fast food places. Go for a walk every day. Buy a workout video. When the stakes are that low, though, try to not be too concerned about what the scale says. A five pound variation is completely acceptable.

I would suggest a balance of 3 meals a day. They should all healthy meals. For example try a salad for lunch with a limited amount of ranch. For breakfast a apple and a egg. For dinner you should have a salad and some boiled vegetables. I might add if you want to get toned drink water and milk and orange juice. You should even excersise for great packed results. I would say do this for 3 weeks and you will look awesome!!!!

That's easy. It's not what you need to do, It's what you don't need to do. Don't drink Soda, Stay away from fastfood and anything microwavable, and don't eat after 6 or 7 pm. You should loose 5lbs no problem!

guessing that u eat properly already and treat your body well , just do a little more walking and other activities ,and munch on water filled veggies or fruit, don't forget to lose the water retention
