I will have a degree in biobehavioral health and a degree in Health Policy Administration. Are there any type of scholarships for public heath, community educator or other type of helping profession (becides physicians or nursing) available that offers incentives to work with this population). This is my dream and am not finding enough federal funding to complete my education.

If you can't find any thing online, at Fastweb.com and Collegeboard.com you might want to call the Appalachia community liaison community, as you they might be able to direct you to the correct agencies that will give you an idea of the fed. aid that's out there.
