well i'v liked this dude for 3 years..and truly i cant get over him!.. and he will probably NEVER like me..but i just love him so much! i mean i have a bf...who i like and all..and even he knows i still like another guy!!(sad i know)....well dont tell me to get over him..cuz it hasnt worked for 3 years..(not even when i didnt see him for a whole year!)and this guys kinda an @ss..but at times hes nice..i dont even know if he likes me as a friend..but like hes 1 of those guys who likes to joke around and say mean things..so from time to time i cant tell weather or not he really means it!! man i just cant stop liking him!!! so im open to any good advice..and on stories on ur experiances..and if u guys still have crushes on people from a longggg time ago..i dont even know if i will ever get over him..and its not even that hes the hottest man alive or anything!..yet still i love him....what was the longest u have liked some1 for..?

well he does know that i like him...like even after i denied it a few times and stuff..like EVERYone knows i like him..and at first..like 2 years ago he really hated me..or so i think..cuz he was bein a total jerk to me..so a few months ago i asked him if he still hated me..and he was like no i never did..but he just doesnt like me like that.. and i mean if he ever did he probably wudnt tell me..i dunno hes so strange....like once i was talkin to him on the fone..and i was like what wud u do if i liked u? and he was like i wud kill myself..(as a joke)..but since then a lot has changed..and i have been dating other people and all..and even he knows that..but i still like him..and as i said before he knows..and he just doesnt like me i guess

I think I know how you feel. I have liked this guy for almost six years now, and he hates my guts. I think you're on the right track- just date other guys. Try to recognize that you can love two people at once, you just love them in different ways. And if you figure out an easy way to get other somebody, tell us all about it!

i know how u feel. i've liked this guy for 2 years. i texted him over the summer and told him i liked him. He told me that he only liked me as a friend then 2 days later asked me if i could ask this girl out for him. He was a jerk i threw him phone number away but i couldnt get him out of my head. i ignored him and the more the guy notice he cant have you the more they want you. I finally told him that i'm over him but in truth i'm not. i try to forget about him but i cant it might take a while and you can still date other guys it will help believe me. i would say dont take it too fast on trying to forget about him take your time and if you cant tell him how you feel and see how he reactes to that he might not be worth it. I liked someone for three years before he eventually found out from a big mouthed person that I know and at first there was nothing but then he asked me out and we dated for four months and then he dumped me for another girl and then I beat the girl up and neither of us has kept in touch with the other one. He lives in a whole other state right now.

Some times we want something we cannot have.. We wish there was a way for down deep inside it is better to go the other way. He sounds ok but seems he is not ready for a relationship. Best to just be friends for now. I have had crushes over some but learned to just let go. Good luick Pem

i would say go for him, you're just waiting all these years to find out if he likes you or not, you're just hiding your feelings for him, and the longer you do, it usually tends to get even harder to forget...
and if you do tell him you like him then theres 2 things that will happen;
1- he will tell you he likes you to and would like to date you
or
2- he will tell you he doesnt like you and isnt interested(maybe then you get over him?)
if i were you, i would go for him.. you never know what could happen... wouldnt you rather know what happened, rather than think about what will happen and have it never happen? live your life without regrets =p

whoa....I never thought it would be a question I couldn't answer...I have had a crush on someone for over seven years..the crazy thing about it ..is they don't know....and never will...sometimes the only way to move on..is to find someone new..and someone who interested in you as well...good luck sweety..
