Homeopathic Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !
P.S
Regular active exercise is advised with all weight loosing medicines and remedies :-) Take care

Well there are alot of gym's that you could try out. A diet program like Jenny Criag is a good one or trim spa. If you are the strong minded type, then you can come up with your own diet plan.
A good start is by getting away from the computer and going outside to take a walk. DO this everyday of the week at least once a day for about 30mins to an hour. You could evev go to a local state park or a place that has trails to walk. Then cut down on the amount of fatty foods you intake.....Whatever you chose to do will have to be of your own will. Trainers won't work if you don't really want to loose weight.

I think maybe you should stop and take a minute to look at your life. Are you holding on to any grudges from the past that are making you eat your emotions away? Sometimes people do that, and that's why they get to unhealthy weights. Or maybe you're eating because you're bored, or overwhelmed with 4 kids, or maybe you feel helpless because you think you can't lose weight. I think that you should ask yourself before you eat anything if you are truly hungry, because you might be using food as a solution to your problems or feelings. For weight loss, I suggest you make lifestyle changes. For example, instead of 6 slices of pizza have 4... baby steps are best. Just cut back a little bit, and try walking a little bit too. Start out small, making little changes in your life. Fad diets may work to get the weight off, but it will most likely come back. When you feel overwhelmed, think about your children, and how you want to be around for them as they get older. But remember to lose weight for yourself, not to please anyone else. I think you can do it! If you're Christian, then pray to God, he can help you through anything. I wish you the best of luck with losing weight and leading a healthier, happier life!

I'm sorry to say but weighing 340 pounds takes effort. We can give you suggestions but it does no good if you don't follow our advice because it isn't what you want to hear. The only way to lose weight is to burn up more calories than you take in. So you need to increase your activity and slash your calories. If you drink sodas, switch to diet. Stop eating candy, chips and ice cream or convenience foods. Increase your fresh vegetables, whole grains and fruit. Retrain yourself as to what appropriate serving sizes are. Start taking walks around your neighborhood, start slowly but increase your speed and distance as your body becomes better conditioned. The sad fact of the matter is that, yes you will feel hungry and you will feel deprived. There is no way around it because you are used to eating excessively (and don't argue that you don't) and you will feel both the physical and psychological withdrawal from food. Because you weigh so much, the weight should come off initially pretty quickly. When you hit a plateau, it is time to reevaluate and add in more activity. Also remember that weight loss is a lifestyle change. Once you hit your desired weight you cannot go back to not exercising and eating like you used to.

You're overwhelmed and turning to food. I know this well.
If you're really serious, start to move more, even if it's very hard at first. Get some help with your kids, that's a lot to deal with.
Stack your plate with more fruits and veggies and try to avoid a lot of processed food. We all know what junk is--so avoid it. Do treat yourself well and give into temptations once a week or so, so that you don't go crazy.
You must have patience and you must have acceptance. Your library has lots of cook books for free, you can walk around for free...it's not about spending a lot of money.
I wish you well, I really wish I could give you a magic answer. Don't waste your money on pills or quick fixes, put your dollars into healthy habits. Pills could harm you and that wouldn't be good for your kids.
Again, I really wish you well....

My Nurse recommended the Medifast Diet to me. You eat 5-6 small meals a day and lose weight with little or no exercise. It works great and I have lost 25 lbs. so far. It is kinda expensive. But, my health is worth so much more. You can e-mail me lovejae247@yahoo.com and I will give you the information. I hope this helps.

You rarely see fat athletes.... Do some fitness training. Start with something small and work your way up as it gets easier. All this dieting stuff is pointless because you're just starving yourself of things your body needs to function properly. Walking, running, skipping, dancing and swimming are all good for weight loss and having a healthy, fit body is much better than having a starved body.

First of all, you are beautiful, girlfriend. The first trick to losing weight is to love yourself. You are doing this because you want to be healthy and "in shape" enough to keep up with the kids; not because of some stupid media ideal. Now, get thee back to the doctor and ask his advice. I'll bet you've already done this; he probably advised you to limit portion size and exercise. Easier said than done, I know; but really, that is what you have to do. Try cutting out one sweet or salty food a day for a week. The next week, cut out another. The following week, limit yourself to one plateful of food each meal. Pile it high, if you must; but don't go back for more. And go for a walk around the block twice a day. Next, if you are a fast food addict like me, limit your trips to the fast food dives to no more than once a week. Soon, you'll be able to cut your food intake quite comfortably to 2000 calories a day. When you are ready, have you tried Richard Simmons' sweating to the oldies? It sounds corny; but I couldn't stand working out to a tv with these skinny models in tights. I love the catchy music with people of all shapes and sizes, men and women alike. Get mobile!
Whatever you decide to do, the trick is "gradual". You need time to acclimate to your new health and fitness lifestyle. Start right now by going to your mirror and saying "I am beautiful exactly as I am, but I want to be healthy. I do this because I love myself". Then go for a walk around the block, if you can. Don't say "I'll start tommorrow". Start now. Good luck to you!!!
Abby Naber, 200lbs, down to 150lbs. Twenty more to go!!!

Hi
This programme should help you cause it really did help me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
