Well, if he was pulled over for no reason at all, then go to court and fight the charges. You have a right in America to face your accusers.

Although, the police can usually find some cause to pull you over. Even if its meanial and rediculous. Like headlights, taillights not working, etc.

Whatever a SR22 is, good luck with that.

There's a reason. The cop registers the license plate and says the the driver has a suspended license.

OF course no one just gets pulled over, unless this was a check point for insurance checks. But perhaps the officer knew him and knew he had a suspended licnece.

But he will go to court, and will get a very large fine, He could get some jail time ( depends on your judge)

If his licence is suspended, then he's probably an idiot who does stupid things. (Like drive under suspension) So, I'm sure there was a darn good reason for pulling him over. Maybe the cop ran his plate and learned he was suspended.

Why are you married to an idiot anyhow?

Hope it costs him a bunch of cash or maybe a short stay in jail if he's a repeat offender. That'd be cool.

For no reason and he's driving on a suspended license? Duhhhh, your right I can't imagine why he'd be pulled over.

Didn't they make him write on the blackboard, "I understand I'm not supposed to drive on a suspended license."

No one gets pulled over for no reason at all. He was obviously breaking the law in some way.

Considering his license is suspended, that shouldn't surprise you.

Not sure what will happen, but maybe if your husband would stop breaking the law, you wouldn't have to ask this question to begin with.

If he already has a suspended license, the cops probably
knew who he was. He will get a hefty fine and possible jail.
ALSO, HE SOUNDS LIKE A LOSER TO ME!!
You don't sound like the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Lady you need to open your eyes. Your husband is a scofflaw. He will probably not go to jail, the prisons are over crowded already, but the fines are going to cut into your groceries...severely. Think tuna helper for Christmas dinner.

He'll go to jail. If you didn't know a suspended license means you cannot drive!

doesn't matter the reason - he was driving on a suspended license (11550a CVC). It is a must arrest offense.
