You can make guava duff. It' s like a huge biscuit, except you add in guavas. And you make a sauce to pour over it. This is delicious.

cherry guavas are great, we make jelly out of them.
you can also make juice, they are good in smoothies too (but you have to add a little sugar.. they are tart.)
I wonder if you can make chutney from them like mangos.
Maybe give some to your neighbors :-)
They're extremely nutritious, you must be very healthy!

Brew some liquor, distill it, and bottle it for future consumption. You can get the recipe online.
