There is a flasher under the dash to the left hand side of the brake pedal that is in a relay center. If thats not the problem, the
multifunction switch is bad behind the steering wheel in the column. You have to have a steering wheel puller that you could obtain from any autozone.

THE FUSE CENTER IS ON THE LEFT SIDE OF YOUR DASH OPEN UP THE FUSE CENTER AND LOOK FOR A ROUND SILVER RELAY ABOUT AS BIG AROUND AS A QUARTER AND A 1&1/2 LONG PULL THAT OUT AND REPLACE IT AND THEN TRY IT AGAIN AND IF IT STILL DON'T WORK THEN TAKE IT TO A DEALER (DON'T) TRY AND DO ANYTHING WITH THE STEARING WHEEL, THAT WHEEL HAS A AIRBAG IN IT AND YOU DON'T WANT THAT GOING OFF SO LET SOME ONE THAT KNOWS WHAT THERE DOING TO GO IN THERE.
