Yeah. Try tequila chicken.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a low to moderate heat.

While the pan's heating up, dice an onion and a red pepper. Cut the chicken into pieces. Put it all in the pan and stir-fry until the meat is cooked through.

Add a tin of chopped tomatoes, a little chilli powder (or a bit more if you like spicy food) and a dash of tequila. Simmer for ten minutes, stirring every now and then.

Finally, when it's done, take it off the heat and stir through a little cream (if you're feeling indulgent) or low-fat yoghurt (for a healthier option) to make the sauce creamy.

It's tasty. I serve it with boiled rice.

4 chicken breasts, cut into strips or pieces
3 minced garlic cloves
4 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon cornstarch

Brown the chicken. Put it on a plate and toss the garlic, soy sauce, sugar and 1 cup of the broth together in the pan. Stir it really well and get it boiling. Toss the chicken back in and cover it. Let it cook for 10 minutes. Take the chicken out again. Stir the cornstarch into the rest of the chicken broth and pour it into the pan. Get it boiling and let it cook until it thickens. Toss the chicken back in and stir. REALLY tasty on rice!

Grill or saute the chicken breasts. While that is going, cook some minute rice on the stove. Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces, place into the rice and stir in Cambell's Cream of Mushroom soup. Add salt for taste and paprika for color.

Creamed Tuna on Toast Make a Basic White Sauce: In a small, heavy saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low heat. Blend 2 tablespoons of flour into the melted butter. Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Cook over low heat, stirring, for 4 to 5 minutes. Cooking for this length of time will minimize 'flour' taste. Slowly add 1 cup of milk, stirring constantly. Continue cooking slowly until smooth and thickened. Add Tuna: Add 1 drained can of tuna and simmer for 2 minutes. Toast Bread: Toast some bread and smear cream tuna on plate, then place toast on top of the place then cover toast with cream tuna. Salt and pepper to taste. Wonderful with sliced tomatoes.

here is a way I cook chicken and it is delicious, fast and easy. I get chicken tenders(not breaded) you can also use boneless, skinless breast, a bottle of your favorite bbq sauce and a 12 oz can of coke or pepsi. Just get a skillet, put ur chicken in, then pour the bottle of bbq sauce over and then the coke. Let it cook for about 20-30mins. It is tender and juicy. Hope you try it and enjoy it!!!
