I'd probably say, "I love you, You know that, and I feel your presence in the world around me. I thank you for all that you've given me, but here are 3 questions- 1.When will the Messiah (Mashiach) come, our world is so stooped in corruption 2. Why do you let our homeland be terrorized and let the world turn a blind eye 3. Why did you deny me the experience of growing up in the Holy Land, You are the master of all, couldn't You have fit that into Your master plan?"

Hmmm. several things come to mind. First and foremost is "What happened to your powers? You KNOW what i think."
If God then said that the question was rhetorical and he just wanted me to articulate my thoughts I'd say:
"Now that I meet you and see that you care for my opinion I've got to agree with Woody Allen that it's wrong to say you are evil. You are just an underacheiver. It's time to stop proving some arcane point- get busy correcting things now. Stop all the suffering and starvation and war and misery. That little girl on fire in Bangladesh? Put the fire out and heal the wounds. No scars, ok? Let's get things stable and end the misery, then we can work out where to go from here. And hey, I really appreciate your asking, thanks. And a lot of people are going to be surprised that you are a porcupine. I don't think anyone guessed that."

I'd probably just spray mace in his face and run away, old men with big beards scare me... so I would say nothing I guess.
