well he is going to be 19. he's not really into like going out to dinner or whatevr but i like the idea of making a cake and i be the present lol and he likes a romantic kinda kinky stuff so i also like some of the other suggestions but im really nervous. is that enough or you need some more info. ?

make him a birthday cake. you can put a ribbon in your hair and be the present.

put on a good movie for him. something you know he'll love. buy some champaign or wine and put it on ice. play some romantic music. put rose petals in the bath tub. sprinkle them on the bed covers too. rub him up and down with body oil. don't just feed him cake also plan a romantic dinner. make sweet love to him. show him how much you love him. When it's time for him to go home make sure you place a nice letter or poem somewhere in his car where he will find it. Or better yet leave the letter at his place so he finds it when he gets back. make it something he will never forget. Then along with the letter or card wrap a nice B-day present. So not only does he get all of you but he gets a material gift as well. He will never forget it. Trust me when I say this. He will be smiling for days after.

As a guy this is a no brainer. Get yourself some edible panties and lingerie. A pair of handcuff's or cloth to tie you up but loose enough not to hurt you. Whip cream, chocoloate and strawberries. Then sing to him happy birthday mr president (think marylyn monroe)
If I had a girlfriend like that treat me for my birthday, I wouldn't need to go out to strip clubs or a bar with my buddies.

Hmmm....sit him on the couch with his favorite video on, lots of pillows etc, make him stay in the LR while you make his favorite dinner and a cake and the the topper, serve it to him in nothing but an apron, oh and you be the dessert plate. Trust me, this does get appreciated.
