You won't like this, but the only religion I know of that believes in both the devil and magic is devil worship. Maybe you just don't have a religion.
Try this:
http://www.beliefnet.com/story/76/story_7665_1.html
It's surprisingly accurate.
Btw, unlike what someone else said...not having a religion is not the same as being an atheist. A person is only an atheist if they don't believe in any gods.

That is mostly what Muslims believe. There is ONE God no partners. No god in flesh, no holy spirity, no 3 and 1 god. That is the most important part of our religion. Just one God and he sends down messengers to mankind for guidance and how to live life. Messengers are more than 124,000 and Prophets are in the thousands so that they can teach what God wants from us.
We believe in the devil/Satan. He is the void enemy of mankind and promises to lead mankind away from path of God.
We believe in Angels that protect us, angels that come to take souls, angels for specific tasks. None can do anything except by the power and will of God.
Spirits?? You mean like your soul. We believe we humans have a soul inside our flesh. After we die our souls will be removed.
Magic. We believe there is magic. Whoever does magic is out of the fold of Islam. They are considered non believers. They cause a lot of harm to people. One can interact with the devils using magic. It is harmful to people in general and one of the biggest sins. Stay away from it.
Email me if you have questions good luck in your search. May God guide you on the right path.

You just describe the same things that even demons believe. Apart from a relationship with the Living God, it absolutely means nothing. All you've done is acknowledged that all these exist, that's like saying you and everyone else in your neighborhood recognize your house as being there, for millions this is just common knowledge.

It sounds like Christianity, with a touch of Pagan, depending on what you consider "magic" to be, as most Christians would consider it "miracles" instead.
I would try to find a Comparative Religion course to take or a book to read. Maybe you'll find a religion that suits you and maybe you won't. You shouldn't have to worry about it, if it's what you believe.
Good luck!

I think you are apart of the religion of Morality. Don't get so caught up with putting yourself into a category. If you keep doing good deeds then you don't have to define yourself. People are probably going to give you answers like "this relgion or that religions." Just remember that you fit into the category of many religions out there. I hope that helps.

Nobody can tell you what your belief system is. Research. Read. Find out which belief system's tenets most closely follow your own, if you really feel you "need" a religion.
Or, follow your own spiritual path, although that's much more difficult than having some book lay everything out for you.

to this we would refer you as an "athiest"however though you believe in a GOD and know tha devil and dark arts and evil exist..
it is much closer to holy spirit power or white light energy so you are much closer to tha catholic/christianity, i alsp believe in myths and spirits and magic, there is possible dat you can believe in other things, byut this world is big and there is so much more to discover
