Chop up in small pieces, tomato, green pepper (I know but it works for this sandwich), onion, mushroom in a large bowl. Add to this yellow banana peppers (from the jar-hot or mild rings), and viva zesty italian salad dressing, enough to coat. Let marinade for a few hours. Take a sub bun, layer on HOT pepper Monterrey jack cheese and some of the filling from the bowl. Serve with crunchy chips and a big Iced-Tea. SO Yummy!!

I make lots of good ones....here's the French Dip:
In a crockpot, put a 3 pound beefroast, 1 cup soysauce,1 cup beef broth, and 1 cup water. Cook on high for 6 hours. Remove beef & shred. Return to crock pot on low for 2 hours.
Serve on toasted french bread or rolls, with small bowls of the broth for dipping.

I toast the bread while microwaving some ready-cooked bacon. After they are ready I add ham and provolone cheese to the mix. Mmmm, good eating! I think I will make one for myself right now.
Btw, I eat all my sandwiches plain and dry but you can add what you like.

My favorite sandwich is a grilled cheese with tomato and onion. I like to eat it with bread and butter pickles and Cool Ranch Doritos.

It depends on what's in the frig...but peanut butter and jam are the best and easiest for a home made sandwich!

Hi,
I take a long walnut baget, cut out deeps. Then ready my sauce; one big spoon of virgin olive oil, two spoons of yoghurt, one small spoon vanilla, a pinch of oregon, peppermint, blackpepper, chilli, salt, garlic pieces, mustard and mix these all. In a pan I fry my steak then I slice themlike pencils. I put my sliced vegetables like carrot, garden pepper, onion rings to same pan fry for one or two minutes. At last first I paste my sauce to both sizes of bread, put first slices of steak, at the end put fried vegetables. Press bread, clean the sauce if tries to go out, cut from mid. Put lettuce on a plate, drop some sauce on it, cut a strong chese like gorgonzola, heat that both side for seconds. Yes, now it's ready to serve. Bonne apetite...
Enjoy it,
Baysal
