If i switch the capacitor in a camera with a bigger one will it increase the output or do i have to do something else?

If you mean increasing the size of the picture files that come out of the camera, changing the size of a capacitor will not help.

The pictures are recorded on the camera's sensor. It is the heart of a digicam, and is physically designed to a specific size which is stated as a number of megapixels. This size cannot be changed without switching to a bigger sensor, and modifying any electronic programming in the camera to handle the new sensor. Cameras really are not made to be upgradable. And considering prices, it would probably be cheaper to buy a higher capacity camera.

There are settings in digicams to reduce the amount of the sensor that is being used. If your cameras setting are low, you could increase picture size by changing the setting. Look for "resolution" or "quality" settings.

If you just want to increase the size of printed pictures, you can use photo-editing software to enlarge the pics. There is a limit though (based on original size), after which the pic will start to look fuzzy.
