I use Aveno products all the time, body wash, lotions..what ever..I love it..I also use them on my children/babies...the calming /stress lotion seems to work great..My son has bronchitis and every since we started using it on him..for some reason his coughs have become almost none. I stand by themmbut i guess every skin is different, i'm sensitive to alot of things too..but have never had a reaction to Aveeno..it's always been extremely helpful..even with poison Ivy.

Hello everyone,
I m having the same problems too. I used the aveeno face with Sun protection on it. It burns my eyes, and a bit peppering on then edge of my nose..
Now my face and dried and also peeling. My partner used it too as I asked him to try it when I first bought it and he had allergic reaction which was redness around his mouth area.. I must stop this product after reading our people s view.

I think so. I was recommended it by a friend for dry skin so I picked up some samples of the cream at my doctor s and used some on my hands. I developed really puffy watery eyes and was itching all over. I d had a patch test for hair dye from my hairdresser s and I had to tell her I couldn t risk the dye in case it was that, but then I realised it could be the Aveeno. Put some on my hands tonight and my hands were immediately very itchy and my eyes are running again.

most likely your reaction is due to you being allergic or hypersensitive to one or several of the ingredients. Allergies vary by person, so it's probably coincidence that other friends have had similar reactions. I would discontinue to use any of their products and try something else instead. If you still have a rash or swelling, take OTC benadryl to counteract the reaction.

YES!!! Right now I am suffering with a rash all over my body and boy is it itchy!!!! I don't know what to do about it. I used the lotion twice, all over my body, and started the break out. that was about 10 days ago and now my skin is so sensitive that I am braking out constantly. If some one has a suggestion PLEASE tell me what I an do to stop the itching. I took Benadryl, but I think that I am allergic to that too. I am very itchy still. aaaarrrrrgggghhh!!!!!!!!!!

Use Almay products they are hypo-allergenic. Now that I think about it I did have an allergic reaction to that crappy aveeno stuff my face broke out in bumps from their crappy facial wash/lotion.

Yes. I was using Aveeno Active Naturals 24-hour body moisturizer on my hands and started having dermatitis on my upper hands. Red bumps, breakouts, burning, pain, etc. I do have eczema at times but never on my hands. It really hurt. I used virgin coconut oil and exederm to help with the breakout and pain. It went away in about 10 days. I thought it was a fluke, so about 3 months later, I put a little on my hands again and sure enough the same thing but less pain because it was one time only. Still had some breakouts. I figured I am allergic to whatever it is in the product. Then few years later, I bough Aveeno Active Naturals daily moisturizing lotion for my dry hands. Within 3-4 days, top of my hands have dried out and beginning to crack again and hurt. I must be allergic to all Aveeno products. I ve never reacted to any other lotions in my life either on body, hands, or face. This company is the first one. But I do have medication allergies, asthma, and periodic eczema.
