Weight Watchers has the healthiest diet plan to restrict calories while getting good nutrition.
Exercise! A pound of fat contains 3500 calories so to burn a pound of fat requires lots of exercise like walking 35 miles or biking about a hundred miles on the road. Any quick loss is just water loss.

Atkins or South Beach have worked for a lot of people, and Weight Watchers has really stood the test of time. Just don't crash diet -- 2 months is enough time to lose a reasonable amount of weight without risking your health by starving yourself. And drink plenty of water, too!

It's been scientifically proven that getting adequate sleep helps people lose weight, so make sure you get to bed at a reasonable time each night.

And I'm sure you know that adding exercise to your regimen will help speed the process. I'm a great fan of power walking -- it's low impact and keeps your body in the "fat-burning" range. Swimming's good too.

Remember, if you "fall off the wagon" by eating a bit too much one day, just hop right back on and continue with the diet the next day. Don't give up on yourself -- you can do it!

Never diet. just start a healthy life style. Eat three meals a day and snaks in between. Never go without eating........what that does is it alerts your body that it is in a fammine and then your body hangs on to every bit of fat and calories that you eat when you eventually eat something. You can actually gain weight by eating less.
Watch your portions. For instance for breakfast have a non sugar cereal like Special K. Look and see how much you measure for a portion. It will be a lot smaller than you ever realize.
Use fat free milk and measure that out two. And have half a piece of fruit. Then between breakfast and lunch eat an apple. At lunch have half a sandwich...low fat things on it. Between Lunch and dinner have a snack no more than 150 calories Dinner.....you can eat what you want........just watch your portions. Use a smaller plate when ever you eat. Portion control is essential. In the evening you can have another small bit of cereal again. You can eat all the salad and raw vegtables you want. Non fat dressing only. NO diet soda......it has too much sodium and those artifical sweaterners aren't good for you. It can add fat to your abdomine, studies show this.

Drink lots of water. If you put lemon in it , it helps you get rid of excess flluid in your body.

Don't drink your calories, unless you juice your vegtables.

Definatly up your activity level. Go for walks, Swim. Do floor exercses. Whatever you can to up your metablism.

Remember to eat. You don't really have to count calories all that much......but the portion is what counts

It is very basic....eat healthy - drink lots of water, and exercise.

Let me know if it works.

Sure. But you only need six weeks with this. The Abs Diet. It gives you a great start for a toned and lean body for life. It's healthy and easy to follow. In fact, once you're on the program, you never want to get off it, unlike other diets. It also gives a cheat day of eating anything you want to so you just love it even more! Unlike other diets, like Atkins, it doesnt tell you what not to eat, but what and how to eat. You eat often in the day to keep your metabolism going while feeling great about yourself. Believe me, if someone like me can lose weight, you can too! I promise you great results! Good luck!

there is a new exercises life style u should try...i say life style, because all you do is light exercises every 15 or 20 minutes, all day...and when i say light i mean going onto Ur tipper toes and stuff...very easy, and it gives you meal plans that consist of about 6 or 7 meals a day. the reason it works is because it causes your cells to constantly be burning fat all the time where as working out u get a boast and then it goes into conservation mode...
it is made to keep your body burning fat all the time and increase your metabolism allot...it is a book called flip the switch by Dr cooper or Cooper...i can't remember which

Hi
This works wonders as it worked for me so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

good luck

You didn't say how tall you were for this weight. I substitute yogurt and a granola bar for lunch. That and a 30 minute walk at least three times a week will do you good. If you don't like yogurt try fruit & milk

Excersize daily (high intensity cardio vascular stuff like jogging). Do so in the early mornings to get your metabolism running. Eat healthy. Cut out things like butter and oil from your diet. Drink fat free milk, and eat yogurt.
