It is not a word. Tied is the past tense of tie, which is a verb. The -ly suffix is usually added to adjectives to make them into adverbs (which modify verbs), such as quick to quickly. I quickly tied a knot. I walked slowly. I tiredly dragged my feet. That sort of thing.

Tiedly is the manner in which tides act with realtion to tieing a knot. "I thought about the waves crashing on the beach ever so tiedly they sway."
