THE - I don't believe tiedly exists...
Maybe you mean one of these:
tiredly

tiddly
?

Tiredly is the adverb of tired, sleepy, but I suppose you know that...

Tightly is the adverb of tight, meaning
- in a tight or constricted manner; "a tightly packed pub"
- securely fixed or fastened; "the window was tightly sealed"

Tiddly means very drunk
