He had an accident. So he died. Also, such a person could be needed wherever he's destined to go next (if he chooses heaven, that's beyond me). There's nothing you can do but know that whatever he chooses, he'll be happy with it, even if he wasn't exactly the "good man" you thought he was; of course, I'm not incinuating he wasn't by any means. He probably was.

Just take the time to heal, relax, let yourself free, and things'll be alright.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss, best friend's dont come around everyday. That question has been asked probably billions of times throughout history and that is an answer only sufficiently answered by God Himself. All one can do is know that God is all loving and Omniscient (all knowing) and to trust that He allowed your friends life to end for a reason, the blessed hope is to know that if you serve the same God, you will see him again soon in a time and place where there is no heartache and pain and you can enjoy each other's company for an eternity.

i lost a very close friend in 1992 from icy road conditions causing a collision with a semi truck. She was with her new boyfriend at the time; he was driving. She and I went to the senior prom together in the past and kept in touch. I spoke with her for the last time only 2 weeks before her death. We were planning to meet up again. I still think if anyone's decision-making during that month, including myself, could have eventually prevented that event from taking place. Still no answers, and I believe living with the lack of answers is part of the main point about the question of faith.

Good people die every day. Young and old. It's hard to see a young person die, because you think of all the things they'll miss out on here. But I don't believe God makes mistakes. There was a reason your friend was born and there is a reason God called him home early. I'm sorry for your loss.

Sounds like he died Quick. I have seen some that take weeks to die.

I do not know of him and can not speak to that.

But there are some that God for some reason does not want to be separated from for long, these are very important to God. If your friend was one of these he was a very special person, and you are most fortunate to have been allowed to know him, and in a way you are a special person as well!

If this be the case, then do not waist it in grief, be joyful that he was given so much time.

I don't believe in god or heaven. You're friends death was simply an accident. While I think his life, in all forms, is over, he lives on with your memories of all the things he did and what he was like. In a sense, he changed you and in turn you will change others - hopefully, in a positive way. This is the closest I come to an afterlife.

That does not have anything to do with faith. He was in an accident. Bad people die in accidents. That kind of thing happens. The main thing is that you do not let Satan lie to you and lure you away from God. The devil can, and does often, use a tragedy to destroy more lived. Be on guard.

All of our days are numbered. Your dear Friends number came up. It says we never know what hour He cometh, but I firmly believe that when our number comes, God is waiting there for us. We can not leave this Earth, until our time comes.
The only promise we have after being born is death. This young man was only 21 years old. We hate to give up our precious dear people. But his number was drawn and God wanted him home. I know that your Friend was ready to go, and he knew his number had been drawn.

I don't know why these things happen. I had a friend die in an accident. I considered him a brother. I stood by my dad's bedside as he took his last breath. I don't know. I do think there is something beyond this meat machine called earth. I also know that they are still in my heart. It is just the a part of life.

I'm sorry for your loss. But he is in the grave awaiting a resurrection on to a paradise earth where you will see him again.
He is only sleeping and one day soon he will be back.
The bible says time and unforseen occurance befall us all.
Sometimes we are just in the wrong place at the wrong time.
Sad but true. I grieve over the people being killed in the wars around the world so young and it just seems so tragic.
