I have worked with 25MW motors that operate at 13.8kV. I haven't heard of too many much bigger.
Check our some large motor supplier sites to see what they offer: GE; ASEA; Westinghouse...
Ricky414's motor is 2MW, from his description.

The motors I am describing were about 12 ft in length and about 8 feet high (including the casing and water cooling coils)
The shaft diameter was about 14 inches.
It was connected to wood chip refiners, which are used to separate wood chips into individual wood fibres so they could be transformed into paper.

I have seen only 3 phase Ac 2MVA (2000000watts x0.8 approximately) motor operating in 11000 volts Ac ,used for water transmission in my old power plant built in 1983.Now it may be more capacity may be available in other sectors
