Why is it that whole neighborhoods are abandoned by Caucasians when Hispanics move in? Should all Hispanics show their green cards to their new neighbors? Would you whiteys feel better if your brand-new foreign neighbors were from Sweden? Please share your honest views.

It only occurs at a certain critical mass, in my understanding. Because it is not 'Hispanics' it is non-English speaking Hispanics, meaning their children start school non-English speaking, requiring expensive ESL programs and slowing instruction for others, and when the demographics get to a certain level, people with options will move out of the school territory. The Asians tend to leave before the whites, to be honest.
Not being able to speak the language of your neighbors also drives down the comfort level, so when a neighborhood tips to 'predominantly' Hispanic it is another reason people leave. Hispanics who speak English do not have that impact.

Yes. Anyone that comes into the country illegally is a thief. They steal the use of the infrastructure, medical services, emergency responders, law enforcement personnel, and public services. Why is there white flight? People of any race or religion want to live in a place where they are comfortable. It's the same as most people dating someone of there same race. If you don't like the way your neighbors live you don't drive them away, you move.

don't really know. Neighbors that leave,leave on thier own its thier problem. White leave when black move in to. people are people its the skin color that makes the diffrence. Don't know what to tell you here .

Parking in the yard, hammocks in the yard, Blasting their musica, huge groups of folks drinking and hanging out all night, Cars coming and going all hours of the day and night. It's kinda hard to be neighborly when they can't speak English.

Because it isn't about legality. It's about "steering" and the usual racial profiling. Yes, people will definitely feel better if the immigrant is white. Do you hear anything about Canadians and other white groups here? It's all about the Mexicans and the hate most people here hurl against them.

when the illegals move in, the value of the property goes down. being that your home is pretty much your biggest investment, it is better for you to get what you can for it as fast as you can and get out. it's a money issue, not a racial one. and it is about legality. they break the law coming here, what other laws are they willing to break
