Yes, but hate is a strong word. They could have a grudge on each other for something. I know two sisters that have a grudge and haven't spoken or even seen each other since their mother's death.

it is not right, because that is your flesh and blood. Nothing is bad enough to cause siblings to hate one another. Hating is for enemies not family.
