Not at all. The warmest and most faithful and kind woman I ever knew personally was Swedish. We still correspond with each other by email and telephone.

YES, in terms of male-female relationships. Where to begin... I could give you so many examples. Very emotionless. They are VERY good at lying and putting up a facade but they have no passion for each other. The women beat down the men's opinions so badly that the men just don't have any passion for the women, which disappoints the women even more, which makes the men less interested... and the cycle continues. They don't really want to put in effort beyond a certain point into relationships. They want things to be easy - and things are very easy. Most native Swedish people raise children separately after divorce or never marry at all and their idea of "self" and "independence" comes before "togetherness" and "family".
I'm positive they are not ALL like this, obviously, but it's a very common theme among foreign people who have been involved with Swedes.
Be careful to not sell yourself into their relationship propaganda. You want to be a happy person! Best to not be in a relationship with a Swede, then it's all good :)

I'm a Swedish woman, a nd NOTHING further from the truth. We live in a cooler climate, but that doesn't mean we're cold people, actually, the opposite is true. Find yourself a good Swedish woman, and let her bring you into Rapture.

absolutely false!!! My Sis N Law is Swedish and she is the most loving , sweet caring person you could know. The swedish people that I know are very caring people.

Not at all. I have second cousin (by marriage). who is Swedish from Maine . She and her husband (of 36years). are always holding hands or kissing.
