no you cannot. Once the reprodective organs re removed, you can't reverse it. It's not like humans when they have their tubes tied. Spaying is a form or histerectomy.

to correct the incorrect person in the answers, neutering is for male dogs OR cats and spaying is for female dogs OR cats (or any other animal...) but when they spay an animal they basically give it a hysterectomy (they remove the reproductive organs, the uterus, the ovaries, etc..) so no, you cannot unspay an animal.

No thats one you can't undo
Why would you want to???? If breeding is the answer think again and go to the nearest adoption center in your area, choose one of the many that are facing death because they are unwanted.

No, they actually take all the reproductive organs out of the body, like a doggy hysterectomy. It's not like getting your tubes tied.

They remove certain organs that cannot be reattached (As of now I believe).

Although we can innovate humans, we cannot for animals as for my knowledge.

Sorry Abe,
but to "spay" is to remove the uterus and/or ovaries. Neuter is what they do to "bad" boys....ouch!

No. Have you considered counseling your dog about adoption?
