try exercise like walking in the park during the weekend (chance to meet other people), don't skip meals, reduce meal portions gradually, more fruits but less bananas. good luck staying in shape!!

Do jumping jacks off and on each day alternating with your daily chores. It's fun, makes you feel good, relieves the monotony, and forces you to lose those pounds!
