Some of the best are those tried and true exercises: Pushups, with hands on the floor, legs out straight behind you, on your toes. You can modify with elbows on floor. Lift up and down smoothly - 3 sets of 10 reps if you can.
Another one is good for triceps: hands behind you supporting your weight on the edge of a support - bed frame or table; legs out in front, resting on the edges of your heels; left yourself up so arms are straight, then down; same reps as above.
If you do these two exercises religously, you'll stay tight.

I would recommend the Abs Diet. It works. But you should only work the exercises for only three times a week. If you buy the book, it will tell you why (I wouldnt want to spoil the whole thing would I?). And for three days later, you should do rope jumping. It helps toning your whole body, especially the arms and abs. Not to mention lean thighs. Give yourself a day off and use that day to plan your exercise for the next week. If you follow this plan, within a few weeks, you are going to be satisfied. For so many years of trying every single exercise on the comercial, I know what works! Good luck!

Being a girl, your body simply does not produce enough testosterone to get "big". Use various free weights and machines to target the different muscles in your upper body 3-5 times a week. Be sure to use enough weight that you can only do 10 reps and no more. Do 3 sets of reps. Most people don't use enough weight, and you won't get the results you want if you don't use enough.

Lift free weights -arm curls and such. You would have to do a search to find the pictures of some you like.
But, there is nothing you can do that will make you look like Arnold. Women do not bulk up like that - there would need to be some serious steroid use.

An upperbody toming exercises will work. There is no way you will look like arnold unless you take steroids.

you cant get "big" because your a girl. But if you have some money id recomend getting 8min arms. Some exercises are simply bicep curls, lateral raises, shoulder press. Boxing and rowing are also really good aerobic exercises that tone the arms. Hope that helps

You could lift weights till the world looks level and not look like Arnie. If you take male hormones, you might get more size and definition, but females don't naturally get like the male bodybuilders. Even the guys who are in the big events such as Mr. Olympia take steroids. Go ahead and lift weights...it is great for the ladies, too.

Try swimming and yoga. Both are fun, you can start at any level. Many junior colleges offer them so that they end up being really cheap compared to going to a private club. And that way you also have a certified instructor.

Ahnold took steroids. So stay off the bad juice, and you should be fine. Just do stuff that makes you strong, and if you get big buff muscles, be happy and proud because muscles are sexy!

a million. sit down ups.... also do sit down united statesthe position u slowly go down so u go down a lite bit for like a million min then slightly further then further till u u r mendacity down. 2. The Plank..... a lifeless ringer for a push up yet basically stay at that position for a min or more effective. 3. Craby crawl........ go iathetise plank position then do some moves to at least one part and placed your arm up then down and visit the different part. desire those are functional
