No matter what, the size of something always matters in one way or another. Even the size of the font we're using to type. If you're young you'll be able to read this fine, but if you're old you may need glasses to see what the heck I'm talking about!
If you're asking about the size of a man's penis with respect to how it makes a woman feel when two people have sex, I'd have to say...yes again. But it's relative to how big a woman's vagina is. If the woman is very tiny, she will find a BIG penis uncomfortable. If a woman has given birth to four kids, she'd find a little penis unsatisfying. Personally, I have given birth to no children and still prefer a large penis. And if you watch any porno the guys penis is usually fairly large but maybe that's because it looks better on camera. So, I'll say..Yes. Definitely. Size does matter and anyone who says otherwise is lying or has never had good sex so they don't know what the heck they're talking about.

No a woman has the O with in the first 3 inches of her vagina I guess girth matters more than length

Depends what you are planning on doing, overall its more how its used. However that said if you want head jobs a smaller penile is better as then we have less chance of choking. Ha Ha Hope that helps.
