NEVER schedule classes around a friend. I found that out real quick after my best friend and I planned to take one class together my junior year. It so happened that I got sick and could not make the first week of school. My best friend offered to hand my homeowrk in for me, and copied it the night before school started. (it was due the first day of school)...and we both got a C- on the assignment, along with a note from the teacher saying they were too similar for original thought. I approached the teacher about it, and she later changed my grade, but not my friend's.

the school won't change your classes, unless your have an eligible reason, you can't change your classes based on wanting to have same classes as your friend, you can make up an excuse and try but using an excuse have wanting to be in the same class as your friend isn't good enough.
