Yes. just go to a Lawyer and have the papers made up. You can leave the others nothing or one dollar. But without a will things would be very bad for her and others. Funny how you love each other until some one dies, then most become greedy. Good Luck Pem

I guess, but if they're little kids u may be out of luck by law they will get something. And also if they're kids if u die not long after making the will she may end up giving them what they want anyway.
But if the kids are adults and she's ur second wife then u can do so

You dont even need to make a will. Your wife (as long as you remain married) is your next of kin so if you die your estate is naturally passed straight to her. If your parents are alive they are then next is succession, if you both died in some tragic accident the eldest person would be deemed to have died first so the parents of the youngest one of you would get it all....I had to sort this all out when I was married!

you can leaving everything to next door's cat if you want to...its your estate. Mind you, if you want to avoid inheritance tax please get some legal advice as your situation could be complicated. With no will your wife will automatically inherital the lot, but when she dies, where will it go and what percentage goes to the taxman? Go to an accountant and ask for some inheritance tax planning....

All you need to do is say "Honey i'm leaving you and the youngsters on your sister" ordinary as that. Then afterwards all you need to do is face the warmth. do no longer think of that she would be able to no longer be injury, it somewhat is impossible. in spite of everything, you're leaving her with 4 babies and on marvelous of that it somewhat is together with her sister no longer in hassle-free terms some random stranger. Who does no longer be injury after being cheated on and abandoned? you haven't any longer have been given any floor to stand on no count number how uninteresting, or hassle-free finding your spouse is not any count number how lots you adore your sister in regulation.

That depends on which state that u live in. I know that in Louisiana u can, all u have to do is put in writing why u choose not to leave anything to your children.

you sure can do that, however if your wife dies or something happens to her what are you going to do with everything you left her. Also remember it will most likely be your children taking care of you when you are older, and they pick the nursing home...
