One of my favorite dishes is real simple. I call it Taco Pie. Brown some ground beef or turkey, throw in some onions and different peppers. After it's cooked, put it in a glass baking pan. Then, mix up some cornbread and pour it on top of the meat. Put it on the oven- 350. Wait about until the cornbread's done and take it out. Set it aside. Melt some velveeta and then pour a good amount on top of the cornbread. Then f you want, top it off with some black olives or mushrooms... whatever you want.

I love the chopped salad at Bravo at Eton Collection in Woodmere. I order grilled chicken breast with it.

My favorite food is soul food.I use to live in Louisiana so it is easier for to find soul food restaurants there . Here in Florida it is not so easy to find them but in fort lauderdale it is one called Betty's.

battered deep fried mushrooms!all you have to do is make a batter like you would for onion rings and dip them in it and fry them in hot oil until golden brown!they are super delicious!

well i would go for "salmon pasta", basically pasta with fresh sour cream sizzled with fine herbs served with fresh slices of royal salmon! (contact me for details)
