Get a lawyer because now you have "Failure to Appear" facing you, and if you were out on bond, your bond is probably revoked, and the judge might have issued a "Bench Warrant". If you just walk in, you'll probably be arrested. If it was traffic related, you could still make out ok, but anything else, I advise you to get a lawyer, or at least advice from one.

YOU WILL GET ARRESTED!!!!!there is no other way but to turn yourself in and pay the bond. You can't show up late for court, not even 5 minutes late!!!The warrent might be mailed to your home and maybe not.It depends what county and state you live in,and most of the time the only way to find out is to get arrested!!!

Hell yeah if you dont show up in court they look for you. And yes that does mean getting arrested! If you cant make it you need to tell the judge or someone you cant make it. I think they come to your house with a warrent warrents dont get mailed not to my knowledge.

You may have a warrant. I live in Sacramento and I know here when they issue a warrant for not showing up in court if you go to the "warrants division" at the Police Department and fill out some paperwork they will give you a new court date!!! Best think I can recommend either way take care of it cause if you don't it will catch up to you when you least expect it!

Too late super dude...... You now have a Warrant out for your arrest............ they don't fool around. The sooner that you show up the better. Maybe the judge will let you off lightly.....but if you wait... jail time for you... maybe 30 to 60 days in the clink.
I'm not kidding. You can always go the see the Public Defender if they play hard ball. You don't have to pay him... he or she has deputy's that can help you...........

Good Luck

Go to court, now. Bring evidence on why you had difficulties making it. But there isn't much of an excuse with the phone system in America.

I can't promise you that you won't be arrested, but the chances are less if you accept responsibility for your actions, instead of hiding.

You will probably get arrested when you show up. You need to be excused to miss a court appearance.

Also if you try and never show up, you'll be arrested the next time you run into a police officer that runs your name.

You might as well go and talk to the judge. If you do not show up at the courthouse, the police will come by your house looking for you.

Go to jail. Go directly to jail. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

You might try contacting a bondsman. They will take you into custody when you finally drag your ignorant self in there, but if you have a bondsman with you; it'll probably just be "catch and release."

technically, if you miss court, a warrant is issured....but.....because you will be going 2 days later....you might be able to avoid being arrested.

go to the court.....and ask for where you go to recall a warrant. They will add your name to the list and you will have to stay and see the judge.
