Try adding more chilli beans or a can of kidney beans or another can of tomato sauce.You could dump a little of the juice out too and add a little water and catsup back in. Hope this helped.Jodi H.

Put a raw potato in it. or you wouldnt believe what a bit of sugar would do. try the potato first let it cook in the chilli it will absorb alot of the spice

I've heard that if salsa is to spicy add ketchup...so maybe that would work?
