Does anyone know any good stretching or any kind of excercises to become more flexible. I was so flexible when i was younger and now i am not.

Everyone loses flexiblity with age. There are many excercises to increase flexiblity but the exercise depends on the body part.your wish to work on. Be more specific.

Yoga is the best, especially Bikram Yoga. The heated room offers the muscles great ability to stretch farther than you'd think possible.

Yoga can make grandma as flexible as ur baby girl! give it a try... its lame at first, but its awesome if u stick to it

to start off you can stretch by doing toe touches n butterfly stretches. i dont kno if it will help 4 u but for me it helps wen i work on my split.

to do the butterfly stretch u have to sit down on somthing flat lik the floor or a bed n u put ur feet together n bring them as close to u as possible. then u go down towards them n bring ur knees up n down
