I think that the person who said it is prejudiced.
One of the great things about living in a multi-cultural society is that you get the chance to experience a whole lot more than you do if you live in your own little world and exclude everybody who does not conform to your ethnic back ground. I include coloured people who form ghettos and exclude caucasians as well as white comunities who don't accept coloured people.

Someone who is BLACK. Like Eddy Murphy or Shack or Oprah. They are black. Indians are not black. Indians, Pakistan's, Oriental people, etc. ARE NOT BLACK! Actually, some people would say Orientals are yellow. Anyway, get the picture? Oh, and people who are "mixed" (part black/ part white) like Halli Berry, are called "Mulatto" and they are BLACK too. They are not BROWN people. I've got a question for you...when you hear the words "white person" what first comes to your head?

A person who has darker skin than I do. Sorry, but it's true, that's the only difference I see. People are just people.
