Honestly, who shaves their breasts?? What do you do? Shave the afros off your nipples? :)

You need to make sure you dry yourself completely under your breasts or you can get a rash. After you dry them put some cornstarch there. My client has a washcloth and a plastic container of cornstarch so I just dab the cloth into the cornstarch and then dab it on under her breasts. This has cleared up the problem.

FIRST OF ALL, ur not to be shving ur breasts cuz it's risky second of all u probably over shved them

It is probrably dry skin.
If you are really fat and have big boobs then you will get dry skin that can peel.
but in your case, probrably scabies
